Our integrated quality management system is certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The system is based on the continual evaluation and improvement of all processes in our company.

The implementation of quality programme into various stages is taken for granted like:

• tests and analysis of sand mixture
• checking of dimensions at patterns and castings on the three – dimensional measuring machine
• checking of cores before putting them into mould box
• checking of the charge
• spectrographic analysis of molten metal and other metal materials incoming into production process
• mechanical properties of castings: hardness, tensile strength, metallographic analysis
• final checking
